What counts as an “event”?
Formal club competitions beyond league play—member-guests, invitationals, and similar multi-round or stand-alone club events with live scoring. League seasons are covered by your plan’s league allowance.
Do I need tournament tokens for included club events?
No. Included club events on a Club plan do not require a one-time tournament token. Tokens are for organizers running stand-alone One-time Tournaments outside a club plan.
How do members join?
Share your club invite code. Members claim their roster spot at join with that code plus their email or member number.
Can I run leagues without a Club plan?
Yes. Stand-alone League seasons are available separately with a season platform fee. Club plans bundle leagues with your events under one annual subscription.
Is High School the same as a Club plan?
No. High School is built for teams, coaches, parents, dual meets, and practice rounds.
