Official Rules — Power Level Golf Gift Card Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Power Level Sports, LLC, located at 107 Sutton Lane, Pooler, Georgia 31322 ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Apple Inc., or Google LLC.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Rhode Island, New York, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they reside) or household members of each such person are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on September 4, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer network clock is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period through Digital Actions or via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE).

Method A: Digital Action Entries

Participants can earn up to a maximum of fifteen (15) total entries via digital actions as outlined below:

• Follow Page: Follow the official Power Level Golf Facebook page (1 Entry)
• Like & Share Post: Like and Share the official promotional giveaway post on Facebook (1 Entry)
• Comment: Leave a comment on the official giveaway Facebook post tagging someone you golf with or someone you know who golfs. (1 entry per person tagged / Max 3 entries allowed) (3 Entries)
• App Account Creation: Download the Power Level Golf mobile app and create a free user account (5 Entries). Must follow our Facebook page for these entries to be valid.
• In-App Activity: Post a completed solo round with your user account within the Power Level Golf app (5 Entries)

Maximum Limit: Up to 15 total digital entries per person across all digital actions combined.

Method B: Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE / Free Mail-In Entry)

To enter without downloading the app, creating an account, or performing social media actions, hand-print your full name, complete home mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5 inch index card. Insert the card into a standard business envelope with proper postage affixed, and mail to:

Mail-in Entry Terms:

• Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 25, 2026 and received by September 30, 2026.
• Each valid mail-in submission received will automatically grant the entrant fifteen (15) entries into the random drawing, equalizing the maximum achievable entry threshold via digital actions.
• Limit one (1) mail-in envelope/submission per person/household. Bulk, automated, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.

5. Prize Pool & Dynamic Scaling Formula

The total prize pool scales dynamically based on total eligible cumulative entries received (combining Digital Actions and Mail-in Entries) during the Promotion Period:

• Base Prize Pool: Starts at $100.00 USD.
• Scaling Increment: For every 1000 total entries received during the Promotion Period, the prize pool increases by $100.00 USD.
• Maximum Cap: The maximum prize pool is $500.00 USD (Maximum Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00 USD).

6. Winner Selection & Prizes

Prize Increments & Allocation

All prizes will be awarded in fixed, equal increments of $100.00 USD Amazon Gift Cards. Depending on the number of entries, the max allowable prize pool will be $500 USD.

Random Drawing

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 5, 2026, from among all eligible digital and mail-in entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize Limitations

Limit one (1) $100.00 USD Amazon Gift Card per person and per household. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

7. Winner Notification & Prize Claiming

Potential winners will be notified on or about October 5, 2026 on our social media page. Potential winners must initially contact us by commenting on the announcement winning post on Facebook via the social media profile associated with their entry. They will be instructed to email james@powerlevelgolf.com with their physical home address and date of birth to confirm meeting eligibility requirements.

Potential winners must respond and claim their prize within forty-eight (48) hours of initial notification.

If a potential winner fails to respond within 48 hours, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

Verified prizes will be issued within thirty (30) days of winner verification via the email address the winner provides.

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

8. General Conditions & Release

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at powerlevelgolf.com.
