How does pricing work?
Setup is free. The season platform fee is $2 per person for every 8-week block of events, rounding leftover weeks up to the next block—for example, 40 players over 8 weeks is $80, 40 players over 12 weeks is $160, and 85 players over 52 weeks is $1,190. Starting the season activates the fee so you can publish events, accept scores, and use live leaderboards.
What’s the difference between the Club plans?
One plan includes 10 events per year and 2 leagues, starting from $1,500/year ($500+ in savings). Clubs Unlimited includes unlimited events and leagues, starting from $2,500/year ($2,000+ in savings).
Can I run leagues without a Club plan?
Yes. Stand-alone League seasons are available separately with a season platform fee. Club plans bundle leagues with your events under one annual subscription.
Is this included with PLG+ or Club?
No. League is its own season product for organizers without a Club plan. Club plans bundle leagues with events annually—10 events + 2 leagues from $1,500/year, or unlimited from $2,500/year. PLG+ unlocks Large Group outings, not League seasons.
Do I need tournament tokens for included club events?
No. Included club events on a Club plan do not require a one-time tournament token. Tokens are for organizers running stand-alone One-time Tournaments outside a club plan.
Do I need a Club or League subscription?
No. One-time Tournaments use a tournament token for a single event. Club plans bundle events and leagues annually; stand-alone Leagues use a season fee.
Do players pay Power Level Golf directly for dues?
Player season dues are tracked by the organizer in-app. The platform fee is what the organizer pays to start the season.
Is High School the same as a Club plan?
No. High School is built for teams, coaches, parents, dual meets, and practice rounds.
